An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely by PayFast.
We deliver throughout South Africa via The Courier Guy. Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding delivery costs). Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective. Defective products must be reported within 7 days with photographic evidence.
